Sandhamm, a sailor's stopover and retreat island a couple of hours from Stockholm on the outer edge of the archipelago. The beach, on the Baltic Sea, and a half-hour walk from the cottages clustered around the main street along the harbor, was the most beautiful place I've ever been.

Sandhamm, a sailor's stopover and retreat island a couple of hours from Stockholm on the outer edge of the archipelago. The beach, on the Baltic Sea, and a half-hour walk from the cottages clustered around the main street along the harbor, was the most beautiful place I've ever been.
