The Chakra are spinning wheels of light that bridge our multidimensional body to our life force. They act like batteries that energize us on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Come to refuel your batteries and get ready to thankfully celebrate YOU.
Each session will cover one chakra through breathing, meditation, poses, sounds, movements and art making in a nurturing and inspiring environment.
