This evening, I had the pleasure of attending a private party for A Public Space in Chelsea. As I was flipping through Issue One in the taxi on the way home, I was surprised -- or rather, not -- to encounter Hope Gangloff's illo (as seen above) accompanying a short story by Kelly Link, naturellement. The East End Boys, the West End Girls... even Hipster Literary Types know that, in the twenty-first, it's quite necessary to "Dress Like a Cat Until You Get What You Want." Well, duh.
