Today's hot tip: Sunny's, a small kiosk/shop on the corner of East Sixth Street and Second Avenue in New York, has lovely, unique arrangements that are of better quality than other affordable street-level options.
The bouquet pictured here, rich in deep purple and violets like a bruise - and currently on my counter - was $10 and is an excellent example of that Gothic/"Black is the New Black" trend that emerged last season, and will definitely be the next new thing in floral design for a while.

How much do I love Sunny's? SO MUCH. I love being able to bring a prezzie that is simple and elegant and looks lux without shelling out a fortune. Gorgeousness!
