I'm headed down to DC shortly, for that thing I mentioned, and I'll be working from Maryland for a couple of days, which is nice as there are fewer distractions than when I am at home in New York. Pictured above: my hands, with designs by Maki, a henna artist based in the East Village, who works both with private clients and on corporate commissions, such as the cover of Print magazine and an HSBC ad that can be seen all over town. Her rates are reasonable and her work is beautiful, as you can see.
Hey Lauren. Great seeing you last week, even if it was such a brief encounter. Thanks for the books; just finished Twins which, as you said it might, seemed all too familiar at times.
