Action Poetry

Earlier this morning I was walking down a cool, foggy, semi-familiar street, not entirely in nor detached from the present moment, and someone had stencilled, 'I would steal the stars for your love,' on the sidewalk. It was such a bold and yearning sentiment that it made me gasp as I stepped over it. I try to place most of my stock in the things people do rather than say but it's nice to be reminded how powerful the right words could be.
