Art Crush: Leigh Pennebaker

Also, seeing that you're also into both fashion and art, I feel I must point you in the direction of Manhattan artist Leigh Pennebaker. She has this fabulous collection of wire couture, which are essentially three dimensional fashion sketches made of industrial wire. Her art is really accessible, yet edgy and jam-packed with personality. I love the irony of how the medium is used to make such fluid, delicate-looking dresses, even with the jagged edges of the wire.

Leigh's sculptures are provocative and gorgeous. Thank you, Ben!
