Edition One

This blog is a source for my thoughts on a few topics: art, politics, and style, broadly defined.  Right now I'm interested in arte povera and conceptual art a la sophie calle.  I also like beetles, Jamaican culture, philosophy, interactions between people and machines, and textile design.  And many, many other things, because I'm a Gemini, and it sort of comes with the territory.  I loathe all things bland, boring and common (famously), yet I strive the find the beauty in everyday situations.  I'm thinking of spending a few months at an ashram, but not just yet.  I'll add links and photos when I have time, and updates on any new creative projects when appropriate.
